She was able to do so because she has a very strong body with an enormous amount of vital energy, which allows her, for instance, to need only 4 hours of sleep a night. She herself hasn’t been ill for the last 20 years, simply because she lives according to her own philosophy like she describes it in her book.
Although her books are written in such a way that everyone can understand them, her work is also used by countless doctors and other professional health workers, mainstream as well as alternative, all over the world.
In Dutch language, her last name “Beerlandt” has nothing to do with the beverage we all know. It actually means BEAR land. Therefore, her last name represents fertility on earth and happiness. On the other hand, her first name “Christiane” represents the spiritual aspect.
Her books reveal the deepest origins of illnesses, happenings, phenomena, emotions (sadness, anxiety, etc.), food preferences, animal symbolism, etc.
Christiane considers illnesses, happenings in one’s life, etc., as “signals” called up by a person’s inner self. She believes that, if we understand these signals and make the necessary changes in our lives, then we can constantly progress on the path of joy and health.
